WVIT morning anchor Shirley Chan is out at the NBC-owned Hartford station. He bio page now results in this.
Station spokesperson Laura Gremelsbacker confirmed with TVSpy that Chan, who co-anchored the morning show, no longer works at WVIT. Gremelsbacker wouldn’t get into personnel issues, leaving us with the question: Why did she leave WVIT? Only WVIT and Chan know for sure.
Her final day on the air was Friday April, 3. Less than a week earlier, this tweeted this:
