WFTS, the ABC affiliate in Tampa, has hired a new morning traffic anchor-reporter.
Sarah Phinney comes to the Sunshine State from WEWS in Cleveland where she held many hats including weekday morning reporter, anchor and traffic anchor.
Phinney is from Cleveland and interned at WEWS in college. Her last day at the station was on June 18.
