Former WFTS weekend weather anchor and reporter Bill Logan has joined the City of St. Petersburg as the city’s new public works communications manager. The announcement was made by the city Thursday morning.

“Bill will help us streamline and focus our communications–but internally and externally,” said City of St. Petersburg public works administrator Claude Tankersley.

“I love being able to tell positive stories,” Logan said. “We have some great stories here to tell.”
