Karli Barnett has left CBS owned Miami station WFOR after more than four years.
Barnett wrote about her departure on Facebook. She said she’s taking some time to be with her family for a little while.
“This decision came after a lot of prayerful consideration,” she said. “I work with the most amazing people, and I’m so grateful for the support I’ve received and the relationships I’ve fostered. I love the South Florida community, and it will always hold a special place in my heart.”

Barnett started working at WFOR in October 2018. She started her career at WMAZ in Macon, Ga., in June 2014.
