Chicago Fox-owned station WFLD has hired former Chicago Bear Dan Hampton.
Hampton’s going to contribute to the station’s Bears pregame show as well as the Sunday night show Final Word as a commentator and analyst.
A Fox spokesperson confirmed with TVSpy that Hampton’s first day on-air will be for the Bears pre-season game against the Miami Dolphins next Thursday.

The Super Bowl Champ and Hall of Famer won’t be there to cause no trouble, nor will he do The Super Bowl Shuffle.
