Kaitor Kay signed off from Fort Wayne, Ind. CBS affiliate WANE last night.
The weekend anchor and reporter is making a move within Nexstar to join NBC affiliate KFOR in Oklahoma City, Okla. At KFOR, he’ll anchor the 9 p.m. newscast on weekdays and will also report.
“WANE 15 was my first professional job out of school, and it grew me immensely in so many areas from storytelling to understanding community to the successes of great teamwork,” Kay said. “Everyone in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio helped shape me into the journalist I’ve become, and I will forever be extremely grateful.”

Kay started working at WANE in 2016 as a daily assignment reporter before being promoted to weekend evening anchor in 2018.
