WCBS AM Newser Left New York for Hometown Station

Former WCBS reporter Magdalena Doris has resurfaced in her hometown of Philadelphia.

Doris posted a picture with legendary Philadelphia anchor Monica Malpass at her first day at WPVI, the ABC owned station.

“Great getting to know Monica Malpass & the entire 6abc Action News Family this week! Thank you #Philly for welcoming me home with open arms ,” she said in her Facebook post.

TVSpy reported that Doris announced she was leaving WCBS last month after two years.

Doris started at News 12 Brooklyn-Bronx but is from Philadelphia.
