WBAL Moves Up Start of AM News

WBAL LogoNow you have something to watch if you get up before the crack of dawn. Baltimore NBC affiliate WBAL is starting its morning news at 4:30 a.m., beginning Monday.

“As our viewers’ lifestyles continue to change, we want to be on the air, providing news and weather information as the alarm clock goes off,” said Dan Joerres, president & GM of WBAL.

The newscast will be anchored by Jason Newton and Mindy Basara, along with meteorologist Ava Marie and traffic reporetr Sarah Caldwell.
