WAPT in Jackson, Mississippi has hired Thomas Michael Petti as director of engineering.
Petti brings over a decade of experience in broadcasting to the Hearst owned ABC affiliate.

Since starting his broadcasting career in 2008 as a Broadcast Engineer for KTKA ABC in Topeka, Kansas, Petti has held a number of key roles in the industry, including assistant chief engineer at WEWS in Cleveland, Ohio and senior engineer at both the Cleveland Clinic and PBS station WVIZ.
