VIDEO: In KYW Interview, Victims Describe Their Captivity in Philadelphia ‘Basement of Horror’

In an exclusive interview, three mentally disabled adults who were held captive in a Philadelphia basement described the nightmare ordeal to KYW reporter Jericka Duncan this week.

Derwin McLemire, 41, Herbert Knowles, 40, and Tamara Breeden, 29, were recently freed from a decrepit basement chamber after being held captive there, along with another man, for at least two weeks while a woman named Linda Ann Weston allegedly collected money from their disability checks.  The horrific story has grabbed headlines across the country.

The three are now staying at a personal care facility and they spoke with Duncan about the experience, displaying the wounds they suffered and giving clues as to how they wound up in the hands of a cruel captor.  Video inside…
