KTLA reporter, Nerissa Knight, has left the Los Angeles CW afffiliate.

“Today I’m on one of my last live shots for KTLA 5 News… I put my notice in two weeks ago. Friday is my last day,” Knight said in a Facebook post.

Knight was a reporter for the morning show. She freelances for Crime Watch Daily with Chris Hansen.

Prior to joining KTLA, Knight was an anchor-reporter for KNBC. She also worked at KTLA’s sister station, KDAF, the Tribune-owned CW affiliate in Dallas.

“I look forward to not waking up at 2AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and enjoying time with my family. Hugs friends,” she said.

Knight did not mention her next move.
