Mike Bush has signed a new multi-year contract with KSDK, the NBC affiliate in St. Louis.
Bush has worked at KSDK for 28 years, moving from sports director to news anchor in 2003. He currently anchors the 5 and 6 p.m. newscasts alongside Kay Quinn and the 10 p.m. newscast solo.
“Mike Bush is more than just the face of our station,” GM Lynn Beall said in a statement announcing the news. “He’s also a proud and caring father; an innovative leader; a concerned advocate for our community, and a dedicated journalist.”
“This is such a great news organization and I am so proud to be a part of it,” Bush added. “NewsChannel 5 is my home, and in many regards the great people and journalists I work with every day are simply an extension of my family. It’s so great to work at a station that reflects values.”
