Sinclair’s San Antonio stations WOAI and KABB are going with one anchor team for the weekend newscasts.
NBC Affiliate WOAI produces a 5:00 and 10:00 p.m. newscast on weekends, while FOX affiliate KABB produces a 9:00 p.m. show.
Current weekend anchor Robert Price will be joined by new addition Kristyn Leon. Meteorologist Mike Hernandez will round out the anchor team.
According to the San Antonio Express-News, Leon will join the stations from KXRM in Colorado Springs, Co. March 9.
