Tucson Anchor Talks About Self-Isolation After Possible Coronavirus Exposure

KGUN anchor Valerie Cavazos has been in self-quarantine after possible exposure to the coronavirus at a conference.

The Tucson, Ariz., newser was at the Investigative Reporters and Editors Conference in New Orleans, where a fellow attendee had later tested positive.

“Out of an abundance of caution, Cavazos is in self-quarantine for 14 days and is experiencing no symptoms of the virus. She has been tested for the virus, and is still waiting for results,” according to the station’s website.

Cavazos’ time in quarantine is almost up, and she’s talking about what her life has been like in isolation.
