Tribune Promotes GSM to GM at San Diego Station

Tribune Broadcasting has announced the promotion of Scott Heath to vp and gm of its San Diego Fox affiliate KSWB.

Heath started at the station in 1986 as an account executive and worked his way up the ranks to general sales manager.

Don Corsini, who has been overseeing KSWB, will stay on in his role as gm of KTLA in Los Angeles and consultant to KSWB.

“I am especially pleased to reward Scott with this role that he has worked so hard to earn,” said Tribune president Larry Wert. “His extensive San Diego market equity is of great value, and under the leadership of Don Corsini, Scott grew measurably while they both advanced our goals at FOX 5.”
