Time Warner Cable is experiencing a large outage of TV, internet and phone services in the New York market.
New York ABC-owned station WABC reports the outage started at 2:45 p.m.
A look at the map provided by WABC (below), shows it’s basically all of Manhattan, most of Queens, Brooklyn, and parts of New Jersey.
There’s no word how this will affect ratings during the May sweeps for the local stations.
