Allied Progress, a left-leaning media advocacy group, said its ads targeting Sinclair broadcasting will start airing, on Sinclair stations, this weekend.
The group said it “bought six-figures worth of airtime on four Sinclair stations,” WJLA in Washington, D.C., KDSM in Des Moines, KOMO in Seattle, and WBFF in Baltimore.
After experiencing internal station reviews, Allied Progress leader Karl Frisch tweeted that at least one station will begin airing the ad tomorrow.
KDSM, Des Moines – Ad will begin running tomorrow afternoon.
WBFF, Baltimore – Trying to begin running ad this weekend.
WJLA, DC – Trying to begin running ad this weekend.
KOMO, Seattle – Still waiting for final approval.
