Sports across the country might be postponed for now due to the coronavirus pandemic, but sports reporters and anchors across the country still have time to fill.
So Monday night, WHTM anchor Damon Turbitt turned to a video game to help him do that.
This coming weekend, two minor league hockey teams were supposed to play each other, but the game was postponed.
However, the Harrisburg, Pa., sportscaster got creative and used the NHL 20 hockey video game to simulate the match between the Hershey Bears and the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. He rolled the video and then called highlights.
