“The need for local news has never been greater,” said Manuel Martinez, president of the Telemundo Station Group. “Ours are the only local Spanish-language stations in their markets that can deliver their audiences hyper-local news, weather forecasts, consumer and investigative reports, sports and entertainment information across all platforms.”

On January 22, local newscasts across designated markets will begin at noon and at 12:30p.m., Noticias Telemundo, Mediodia, a 30 minute national newscast will air.

Audiences will be able to livestream the newscasts online and across all Telemundo social media platforms.
