St. Louis Station Expands Newscast

KTVI is expanding its news coverage in St. Louis.

Starting September 11th, the Tribune-owned Fox affiliate, will expand it’s 6pm newscast to an hour.

John Brown, who came back to the station in 2016, will join Sandy Miller to anchor the show.

“We strive to serve the viewers with the local news, weather, and sports they want, at a time that is convenient for them,” said Spencer Koch, president and general manager of Fox 2.

There will also be an anchor change at 10pm. Shirley Washington has been named co-anchor. Washington has been with the station since 2007.
