Spectrum Networks has hired Cindy Chin as the managing director of digital for Spectrum News’ Northeast operations.
In the new role, Chin will lead strategy and content for the Spectrum News App.

Chin joins Spectrum from Newsday, where she was the deputy editor and, before that, assistant editor for 12 years. Before that, she was assistant news editor of amNewYork.
