When a snake sneaks into the studio and onto the green screen, what do you do?

Run? Hide? Scream?

In Lexington, Ky., WKYT meteorologist Adam Burniston took a pic on Sunday and then tweeted it out.

“I had a small friend trying to join me for weather tonight unfortunately he couldn’t stay, so I politely took him back outside,” he said.

The good news is that the snake wasn’t very large. In fact, according to the Kentucky Reptile Zoo, the young rat snake, which is nonvenomous, was quite small. It will eventually get to be about six feet long.
