Sherrie Johnson is leaving WMAR, the ABC affiliate in Baltimore, to become the spokesperson for Harford County, Md.
Johnson is a morning reporter and fill-in anchor at the station. She has worked at WMAR since 2003. Her first day in her new role will be July 22, according to The Baltimore Sun.
Before working in Baltimore, Johnson worked at stations in Asheville, Wilkes-Barre and Washington, D.C
