Sheinelle Jones tearfully bid farewell to WTXF and her co-anchor, Mike Jerrick, on “Good Day Philadelphia” this morning.
Jones, who is signing off to spend more time with her family, read Jerrick some of the lyrics to “For Good,” a song from the Broadway show “Wicked.” “I know I am who I am today because I knew you,” Jones read to her equally emotional co-anchor. Watch:
