The Puget Sound Business Journal reports Goode will work in the communications department for Washington Federal, Inc.

“After a very exciting and fullfilling (sic) 32 year broadcast career, I’m taking my business news passion into the banking sector,” Goode wrote on his Facebook page. “No more early hours and wearing make up for me. I’m super-charged over my opportunity as Director of Communications, Marketing and Community Relations for a great financial instituion (sic), Washington Federal.”

Goode started working at KOMO in 2011. He’s been producing his franchise segment Goode 4 Business for the last four years. He’s also worked at KING and at KIRO in Seattle.
