Sara Sanchez will join the Hartford, Ct. Fox affiliate WTIC as an evening anchor.
Sanchez will join Brent Hardin and chief meteorologist Rachel Frank as co-anchor of the 5 and 11 p.m. newscasts on April 28.
“Sara is a seasoned journalist, anchor and proven leader in the newsroom with an outstanding track record,” said WTIC president and general manager Humberto Hormaza. “I am excited she will be joining our family at FOX61 in Hartford and look forward to her many contributions.”
Sanchez comes from KMIR in Palm Springs, Calif. where she had anchored since 2017. She started her career at KULR in Billings, Mont.
