Del Rodgers, sports director for Sacramento, Calif., NBC affiliate KCRA, was arrested on suspicion of DUI on Thursday.
ABC affiliate KXTV reports Rodgers was stopped by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 99 in Stockton at 12:15 a.m. on New Year’s Eve.
KCRA reports Rodgers “was released from custody early Thursday morning. No additional details were available from the California Highway Patrol.”

Rodgers is the second Sacramento on-air personality to be arrested for DUI in December. KOVR entertainment anchor Mark S. Allen was arrested for driving under the influence on Dec. 4.
