A KOVR crew was robbed during a live shot on the campus of UC Davis Thursday morning.
According to The Desk, reporter Dina Kupfer and her videographer were doing a story on domestic violence awareness during the 5 a.m. hour when an unknown man approached their camera. A brief struggle ensued before the thief was able to get away with their equipment.
The crew was unharmed. Police are searching for the suspect and his accomplice.
