KXTV reporter Brandon Rittiman and photojournalist Pedro Garcia were covering the Camp Fire evacuations when they came across four stranded dogs.
“Come on dogs, you alright,” said Rittiman in video posted to the Sacramento, Calif. station’s Facebook page.
Garcia was rolling as they tried to free the dogs from a gated in area. In the video, you see Rittiman calling for the dogs to follow him.

Once out, they try to corral the dogs into the back of the news van but three ran. They took the one dog to the Sheriff’s post. The other three dogs were eventually found.
