Ryan Hughes has moved from Orlando ABC affiliate WFTV to Tampa NBC affiliate WFLA.
“I worked in a newsroom that demanded a lot and challenged me each and every day,” Hughes wrote on Facebook. “I lived in a city that welcomes people from around the world to its first-rate attractions and venues. And, I’ve formed some of the best relationships and friendships that any human being could ask for. Now, it’s on to another great opportunity just down the road at WFLA-TV in Tampa.”
Hughes started at WFTV in June 2009. He began his career in southern Maine and has also worked in Fort Myers, Fla.
