The RTNDA has announced the winners of the organization’s regional Edward R. Murrow Awards.
In Alaska- Idaho- Montana- Oregon- Washington region, KTVB-TV, a NBC-affiliate in Boise, was a stand-out in the small market class. In addition to Overall Excellence, KTVB was honored in several other categories including Investigative Reporting, Newscast, and Sports Reporting.

In the New Jersey- New York- Pennsylvania region, many of the large market awards went to Pittsburgh stations with WPXI winning for Overall Excellence, Newscast, and Breaking News and rival KDKA winning for Hard News as well as Writing.
