Round Two: Alec Baldwin Goes After Another FOX NY Reporter

By Kevin Eck

Hours after confronting FOX reporter Robert Moses, Alec Baldwin continued his terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day, this time accusing WNYW reporter Linda Schmidt of hitting his wife in the face with a mic.

On the way to the couple’s SUV in front of their Manhattan apartment building, Baldwin’s wife Hilaria can be seen pointing in Schmidt’s direction and telling Baldwin “That’s the one that almost hit me” before the audio cuts out. But on camera she appeared to be pantomiming hitting herself in the mouth with a mic.

“You’re the one that almost hit my wife with a microphone in the face?” asked Baldwin approaching Schmidt. When Schmidt denied it was her Baldwin said, “You want to apologize to her on camera?” He then repeatedly asked Schmidt if she wanted to apologize before telling her to “Get the fuck out of here.”

After getting into his car, Baldwin came out onto the street again and was guided by police back into his vehicle, but not before telling them he wanted to press charges against the FOX reporter. You can watch video of the confrontation after the jump.

>UPDATE:TMZ reports, Baldwin hit the car parked in front of him on his way out after the run-in. On camera, he promised the owner he’ll pay for the damage.
