Ted Cruz was interviewed by WNYW anchors Rosanna Scotto and Greg Kelly.

The two Good Day NY anchors asked the GOP presidential hopeful about his well-publicized negative view of New York values.

Scotto asked Cruz three times whether he regretted what he said about New York. The first time Cruz blamed Trump for the comments. She asked a second time and he blamed De Blasio, saying he did not support the values of liberal Democratic politicians.

“As a New Yorker, I’m still offended,” said Scotto before asking Cruz a third time and adding, “You’re not, at this point, going to win New York.”

When Cruz answered whether he regretted it or not, he said, “Not remotely, because the values of liberal Democratic politicians, you know the people of New York are suffering under them.”
