Today was KTTV morning news anchor Rita Garcia‘s last day with the Fox owned Los Angeles station.
“These last few years have been incredible!” she wrote on social media. “So many great stories, memories and lifelong friendships have been made here and I will forever treasure these! Right now though, in my life, it’s important to be closer to family… We’ve all been through so much during the last year and a half with the pandemic.”
She came to KTTV in 2017 from Fox owned KRIV in Houston where she was a morning anchor. She’s also worked as a reporter at KCBS-KCAL in Los Angeles.
