NBC 12 in Richmond, Virgina is getting morning show makeover.
Breaking news anchor, Sara Bloom, will move to the co-anchor seat to replace Karla Redditte, who moves to the 5:30pm newscast.
“I do know I have big shoes to fill,” Bloom said during this morning’s newscast when the announcement was made.

“We are grateful for Karla’s hard work and commitment for the past several months during this time of transition for NBC12 News Today,” said WWBT news director Frank Jones.
Bloom will join Eric Phillips on the Raycom-owned NBC affiliate every weekday morning starting April 19.
