Reporter Posts Video of Rowdy Fans Harassing Him Before Super Bowl Coverage Live Shot

If you’ve ever covered the Super Bowl from a bar with rowdy fans, you know things can go wrong, quickly.

For KOMU reporter Austin Walker, coverage got a little out of hand on Sunday.

Walker posted a video of social media of rowdy Kansas City Chiefs fans in a Columbia, Mo. bar jumping all over him, blocking his shot and grabbing him. This text was posted along with the video:

“Let reporters do their job. Let reporters do their job. Let reporters do their job. Please be respectful to reporters out in the field. We are just trying to do our job to the best of our abilities. Thank you,” he said.
