Longtime reporter Cynthia Vega has left WFAA, the ABC-affiliate in Dallas, media blogger Ed Bark is reporting:
Several sources confirmed Vega’s departure Thursday, and her “News Team” bio already has been removed from WFAA8’s website. WFAA8 spokesman Dave Muscari so far has not returned an email asking about Vega.
Vega, who reported primarily for the morning newscast, joined the station in 2000. She was last on the air on August 17.
