Reporter Blacks Out During Blue Angels Flight

There’s nothing unique about KRIV reporter John Donnelly taking a ride in the Blue Angels F/A-18. The Navy flight demonstration squadron takes reporters up all the time.

But Donnelly did what you don’t see everyday, he blacked out when his pilot, Navy Lieutenant Tyler Davies, put him through a 7G turn.

“He may seem nice, but after about fifteen minutes of this, I start to think that Lt. Davies is enjoying torturing me,” said The reporter for the Houston Fox-owned station.
