Betty Yu begins today as a general assignment reporter at KPIX-KBCW, the CBS duopoly in San Francisco.
Yu comes from WTVJ, the NBC owned station in Miami. She has been a reporter there since 2011. Prior to that, she was an anchor and reporter for News 12 the Bronx and Brooklyn for four years, covering crime, politics, sports and weather.
Yu, a Bay Area native, is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley.
