Adam Ladwig, a reporter for Grand Forks, ND, ABC affiliate WDAZ, was attacked while covering a garage fire on the Spirit Lake Reservation.
According to The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead, two women, who were later joined by two men, damaged Ladwig’s camera. A Bureau of Indian Affairs officer also forced Ladwig to delete the footage he shot.
WDAZ said it spoke to Devils Lake police chief Keith Schroeder who told the station the incident will be investigated by the FBI.
