KSEE (Channel 24.1) has hired Matt Otstot as a weekday reporter and weekend anchor, which brings him back to the station he started at in Fresno.
The Pennsylvania native came to Fresno in the summer of 2001 to work at the local NBC affiliate. He left his job as a reporter and weekend weather forecaster in early 2003 when he was hired as a public affairs officer for the city of Fresno.
