Religion Demands Station Pay for Using Woman’s Name

A Charlotte ABC affiliate is being told it has to pay every time it mentions a woman’s name on-air.

WSOC has been investigating the Moorish religion for months and has been reporting about a woman named Ninti El Bay who is being accused of squatting in a local home.

Omari King Jibri Bey told WSOC reporter Blake Hanson on his Facebook page, “You are delinquent in your payments for the use of the above titled name and phrase. You are currently using and have used [private intellectual copy claimed property] on numerous occasions per day for the last 21 days without compensation to the secured party creditor. You are being charged ($10,000) Ten Thousand Dollars u.s.d. personally and officially for each time you used the name or phrase per occurrence. Online websites using the name and/or phrase in their advertisements running 24 hours a day 7 days per week are being charged ($100,000.00) One Hundred Thousand Dollars u.s.d. per day retroactively from the first day name/ phrase was used.”

This is a demand for payment. If you do not pay within 30 days from the date of this notice you individually as reporters and your news stations including law enforcement and federal agency websites will pay penalties, interest and a common law lien will be placed on ‘You’ jointly and severally, in your individual capacity and official capacities.
The true bill has been sent to your legal departments for payment.
