Josh Young has been named vp and GM of KWES in Midland-Odessa, Texas.
“Josh proved himself to be a leader during his tenure at KCBD,” said Brad Streit, vp of Raycom Media Group. “What makes Josh’s appointment to General Manager particularly fitting is his background with all the Texoma stations, especially KWES. That makes him uniquely qualified to take on this new position.”
Young comes from KCBD in Lubbock, Texas where he’s worked for the last 16 years. He’s been director of Marketing for the last 11.
