Rance Adams Out at WCCB’s ‘The Edge’

Rance Adams, a popular co-host of WCCB‘s evening magazine show, “The Edge,” announced that he’s no longer with the Charlotte CW affiliate.

Adams, who’s been co-host for the past two years, explained to the Charlotte Observer that his contract was not renewed. He says he has no hard feelings for WCCB:

“It’s all good,” Adams said Wednesday. “It was time for some change. They’re looking to do some new things. They’ve been super awesome to me. I loved every minute of it.”

Adams originally co-hosted with Cassiday Proctor, who left early this year for a gig in Atlanta. Most recently, his co-anchor has been Morgan Fogarty.

WCCB general manager Jim White hinted at more changes to come, but told the Observer not to expect a ‘major overhaul.’

There’s no word on what Adams will do next. Judging from his Instagram, he’ll be sorely missed by his co-anchor:
