Anna Laurel has left WTVD, the ABC affiliate in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Laurel made an announcement on her Facebook page. She’s leaving her job as the 5 and 6pm anchor to move back to California after five years at the station.

“I’ve interviewed National Champs, cancer survivors & researchers looking for a cure. I am forever grateful. Thank you for inviting me into your homes and into your lives,” Laurel said.
