We now know the details surrounding KSNV sport anchor Randy Howe‘s arrest.
According to police, Howe is accused of exposing himself and masturbating at a North Las Vegas bar around 9:15 a.m. Tuesday morning.
When confronted by police, Howe denied the allegations and said he was “itching terribly” so he had to scratch it.

But police say survelliance video caught the alleged incident on camera. It showed Howe unzipping his pants and fondling himself.
Howe insisted he was not masturbating, only saying he had a severe rash.
The police report said Howe had an energy drink and was not drinking alcohol.
