In Richmond, Va. John Rogers is the newest Good Morning Richmond anchor.
He came from WFLA in Tampa, Fla. where he spent nearly seven years as a fill-in anchor and Sarasota bureau reporter. John also worked as a fill-in anchor-anchor at WALA in Mobile, Ala. and weekend anchor-reporter WCTV in Tallahasse, Fla.
In Atlanta, it wasn’t just speculation. St. Louis anchor Courtney Bryant has started at WAGA, the Fox station in the market. She replaced Cynnée Simpson, who left last year abruptly. Bryant will anchor the 5, 6 and 10p.m. shows alongside Tom Hayes and chief meteorologist David Chandley.
