Chip Chapman returns to WDEF as daytime anchor. Chapman co-anchored the Chattanooga CBS-affiliate’s morning newscast from the late ’80s through 2004.

Anchor-reporter Curtis Jackson is set to join Cincinnati’s WKRC in September. He comes to the CBS-affiliate from Cleveland’s WEWS.

Helga Silva has been named VP of News at Miami’s WSCV, an NBCU-owned Telemundo-affiliate. Previously, Silva led the newsroom of Miami Univision station WLTV.

Chris Harris joins Nashville’s WSMV as weekend sports anchor and reporter, from WBMA in Birmingham.

Sterling Riggs lands in Louisville as morning anchor for Fox-affiliate WDRB. Riggs most recently worked at KTEN in the Sherman-Ada market.

Harris and Riggs are represented by Steve Swienckowski of DCA (The David Crane Agency).
