WBTW senior producer Seth Waggener is joining WNCN in Raleigh as executive producer.
Jason Cunningham, a producer at KPTV in Portland, has been hired as a producer at KHOU in Houston.
Carrie King was named vice president of creative services for WFLD-WPWR in Chicago. She was most recently regional vice president of innovation and imagination for Tribune Broadcasting.
