Jennifer Horbelt returns to WPSD in Paducah, Ky., as the 5 and 10 p.m. anchor. Horbelt comes from KOAA in Colorado Springs.
Joe McMahon has been named national sales manager at KHBS-KHOG in Fayetteville-Fort Smith, Ark. McMahon was most recently a local account executive at rival KFSM-KNXW.
